Generate more leads and inquiries for your office by communicating with patients and customers where they spend the majority of their time, on Facebook.
We understand the intricate steps in setting up an advanced social media services campaign that will allow your business to scale your existing patient base and keep them engaged in reminders and followup appointments.
Our central focus is to create new content for the office that includes professional art work, sharing articles around the web, and personality posts.
You are not going to appear on someone’s news feed more than their friends and that’s a good thing. We strategize the best ways for your message to be on the top of clinical based interests the patient may have avoiding monopolizing all their friends news posts. This strategy allows for a higher percentage of posts to actually be read, followed, liked, and proactively avoids page unlikes.
We create a routine, update, schedule, rinse and repeat till we know how your audience is responding to your message.
Topics can include recipes, fitness tips, and monthly events and holidays like the Walk from Obesity. We will also promote your specific goals for that month.
You’ll find that as you update and maintain an active Facebook page you will receive more Facebook leads, questions, and 5-star reviews. Often times the only time a patient will visit a Facebook page will be to see what the office is like, or to leave negative feedback. Encouraging your most active fans to be part of your Facebook community is a great way to avoid giving others the wrong impression about the office or to explain what sets you apart from everyone else.
Don’t waist time paying $5 for 1,000 likes and reviews from people that have never been to your office, do it the right way and grow your actual patients and customers today.

What is Twitter For?
Our new format is moving the homepage blog to the homepage as part of making websites more dynamic than a static page that never updates. The goal overall of a twitter account is for the office staff and doctor to update patients about everything that only takes a few seconds.
The twitter feed should go at the very top of the page content underneath the banner. It should relay important messages or be used to call attention to previous blog postings. A good example would be a Support Group session that was posted to the blog a few weeks prior and is not longer on the top of the page. The twitter account can be used to put update patients that Support Group will be later today. Another practical use would be to update everyone the office will be closed for Columbus Day, is on Lunch for one hour, or that you have moved locations, or running late to Nutrition Class. This is of course in a addition to important blog posts on inspiration or healthy living.
Why This approach?
Not everyone has a twitter account, but knows how to use a website. Having the twitter feed at the top allows for a simple method of keeping everyone updated. The homepage method gets it in front of everyone. In many cases you will earn new follows from the attention and also generate improved traffic because your site receives regular updates. This will also increase the number of followers you have, and they will be your website visitors, not spam!
Additionally twitter is easy to use, people don’t use it because they never get followers. You can even update it by saving it as a contact in your phone and sending it text messages. The whole staff can use a tool on their computer that only allows them to update the listing and that’s it. So they don’t have to go to a website and be able to focus on work. This is a great tool for dietitians, PA’s, Doctors, Practice Managers, and even Patients.
