Physician Content Marketing are offered at Asclepius Marketing Solutions. Our approach to content creation is to develop a story of each practice and business that suites both their clinical philosophies, and compliments each unique style.
Our team is dedicated to building a comprehensive approach that is ready to respond to patient inquiries, and social signals.
We craft biographies about our business owners from scratch. Our team will submit a general questionnaire and conduct a brief phone interview to learn and understand out clients. We also research if you’ve ever been in the news or quoted for PR. By seeking information about incorporation dates, or obtaining of medical license anniversaries, and universities attended, we start to build out a winning profile.
This is our specialty. We build out website content from start to finish. Our process requires very few steps for our clients. We do not spend hours bombarding offices with a barrage of tasks, instead we take on the entire project from start to finish.
We believe in strong accountability for web projects, we don’t delegate. All of our projects are written by professionals and are intended to help reduce workloads on your existing team.
Amazing website content is completed by writing an average of twenty pages or more. Goals intended by the practice from sleep lab testing, or opportunities for expansion are tested with the web development team in order to obtain feasibility and best methods of communication.
Advertising has changed so much. Patients and customers are looking for more ways to stay connected. In fact 77% of people watching TV typically are using a mobile phone, notebook, or tablet computer. Because of this multi screened environment, it’s important to build copy around an online presence as well.
For example photographs shown inside brochures should have their instagram hash tag underneath. This shows that the photo is alive and well on another page the practice manages.
Cost of Service and Pricing
Our copy services are project based and are all encompassing. If for example testimonials are needed, we shall contact the patients, or customers, and interview them as part of the authoring process. Typically a client of ours can pay around $500 for one copy project from start to finish, with an estimated 10 hours being used on the project.
This is too expensive, I know someone that charges $.05/word?
Here is the problem with the $.05/word freelancer, they are not going to have time to learn about your business. If they are really good they will eventually raise their rates to provide more dedicated value to their clients. Part of the reason is because the number of revisions required to make a piece exceptional may require more time, and with margins thin it is very hard to work for less than $.05/word. This work may also be subject to fluff and jargon intended to increase word count.
I need this for SEO and it needs lots of keywords?
So much has changed about search engine optimization that what may have worked a few years ago has been blocked. Keyword stuffing has been identified as spam and in many cases can get a page delisted from Google completely.
Our approach instead focuses on building exceptional content that is informative about the practice and it’s methods of service. We try to show staff and build off of qualities only found in your practice. By using unique methods for your pages, Google will recognize this as authoritarian and legitimate.
I can just get everything from Wikipedia?
Actually if you’d like to rank well for your services copying content from another website is a red flag to not get listed.
I’ll just change it a little so it’s not the same?
Well truthfully if it’s too similar it won’t matter. Google reads every letter that goes through gmail, builds maps, and tracks websites, from time spent, to time left. This data provides knowledge on how people may view information as spam, or simply not useful. If I were to visit your page and see it looks kind of like something I’d seen before I will not visit that page again, that’s how Google determines a large part of ranking.
In order to develop really interesting content it must be made from scratch and engage visitors.
Why not offer hourly rates?
Typically no piece of writing is ever really finished and often times an original work may need updates from time to time. We do our best to allow flexible hours and fast updates to projects. Suppose a person were to comment on Facebook about a piece of writing, we would work proactively to update the original piece to match the new praise. Because of these built in safe guards it is more effective to work on perfecting an entire project, as opposed to watching the clock.
But I save money going hourly?
Our projects aim for A+ results. If a commissioned project is not returning positive results then we have to start from scratch. Under hourly conditions the perfection is subject to a set scale that may or may not fit the business goals.
But I need a timeline I can’t just let you work whenever?
We work to complete things faster than our timeline. That’s the beauty of project based work, we focus on outcomes not hours billed!
