We want to wish everyone the absolute best in 2015. In 2014 we managed to establish bank level security on all of our healthcare websites, and we couldn’t be more proud to be one of the only healthcare marketing companies that requires it on every account.
A lot of work has been done to allow account holders full access to their projects, so we adopted Asana to manage project workflow and lose the email clutter. Our internal research has shown that accounts managed with Asana see exponential delivery times when compared to email assignments. It’s allowed us to improve our services and spend more time thinking about what the big picture is in everything we do.
The second big rollout was done in the background as we began hosting videos. Again our research has shown that our accounts that use hosted video continue to see higher conversions than anything on the market. Why wouldn’t it make sense when people can visit a website on their phone without leaving & going to Youtube and getting distracted. Our download speeds for video continue to outpace those of Youtube in terms of bytes per second. We also mandate that our HD videos show at all times becasue we take the time to compress them to small web ready files. It all works because we’ve gone out of our way to test the server response times and the steady implementation that it requires.
Finally we made some big changes to our team structure by moving offices, adding a new team member, and working with some of the best consultants in the world on server side caching. Our investments in this company are stronger than they’ve ever been both in market value services, and for the first time in our history saw a net profit after expenses and payroll. From starting as an owner-financed healthcare marketing startup we are beginning to grow into the type of company that can sustain itself and grow.
We have a lot to look forward to and are already busy building the next steps for Asclepius. While I can’t speak too much about them yet, be ready to hear a lot more in the coming weeks.
Thanks and stay tuned,
